I was starting over because I lost my first bracelet and Joanna was friendly and newbthe jewelry very well. She was able to give me good ideas on putting my new bracelet together.

I was offered water by the store manager. Linda was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made my 1st purchase of a bracelet very good.

Their location is great, the selection was wonderful. The sales way to go Pandora! love the quality.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. I was greeted right when I walked in. I was helped immediately. The sales associate was very sweet and helpful. I’ve been to other pandora stores where they didn’t care as much as this store did about customer experience. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I am visiting Chicago from London and knew what I wanted to buy. I went into the store on Michigan Avenue, was shown a price ticket of $25 dollars which I agreed to pay, but it then rang up as $30 and the assistant wouldn’t honour the lower price, so I left ... I went to the Water Tower store and the assistant was so charming, I was happier to pay the higher price.
