Staff was welcoming and friendly as soon as I stepped in the door. Store was kept clean and organized. Product selection was good, need more ring selections though.

The sales associate Aaliyah S was super friendly. She managed to explain everything thoroughly since it was my first time purchasing a bracelet. As well as taking her time to understand what I was looking for & helping me find it!

I was assisted by Wendy one of the manager's at the store and her service was top notch. She need a raise she was pleasant and patient. Too bad some of the other associates aren't highly trained in supreme customer service. Reni

Because of the pleasantness of the sales rep and also the professionalism. Also she let me know you will also have items on sale in August which is my birthday month. All in all I do believe up until yesterday for the past few months I have spent at least 600 dollars or more and will not wear my purchases until my birthday in Aug.

Our sales associate brought out the charms we were looking for. She listened closely when I mentioned I had an all disney bangle. We weren’t looking for Disney but she recommended a limited edition Disney charm which I ended up purchasing. I mentioned I had a broken charm. She offered to clean my bracelet and while they were cleaning it looked up the purchase date of my broken charm and replaced it. Excellent customer service!
