Pandora Jewelry

I purchased me a Pandora bracelet from Chicago ridge mall, items purchased, the sales rep only mentioned about warranty. I went to the "Pandora water tower Chicago" Ms. Kenesha R. mentioned to me that I was suppose to purchase clips for the bracelet, the previous rep failed to mention. Ms Kenesha was very help, she recommended her favorite and other information that was very valuable, her customer service was "so awesome" I'll be returning next weekend.

The store and the associates are welcoming and the environment is fun and friendly. The lighting wasn’t too bright. The music selection playing was nice and upbeat nothing too much

Very friendly & fast

The Sales Associate was knowledgeable. She assisted me with the order of my charms without hesitation. She was basically trying to make sure that I left the store a satisfied customer.

The clerks were attentive and organized and the store was very clean and well-kept. They were able to assist me in finding a ring, unlike a previous experience at another location, where the staff was more disorganized and did not even greet my mother and I when we arrived to shop. Instead I purchased what I had intended to purchase on that trip a month later on my trip to the location at Water Tower Place in Chicago.
