The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to show me the exact charms that I went into the store looking for. After I bought the charms, he helped me organize my bracelet and placed the charms on my bracelet for me too.

The customer service was awesome. I needed clips for my bracelet and not only did I walk out the store with the clips, I purchased more charms as well.

I had a wonderful experience for first time at Water Tower Mall Pandora. The sale person Her name is Karina L NO. 154815. She made my visit easy and she was very helpful when I didn't know how to organize my charm bracelet the way I wanted it.

The associate was great from the start. She cleaned my sisters ring she bought for free, she make a charm package for myself with no pressure because I could not decide what I wanted. The store was so clean.
