I love the store

Had a wonderful experience at Pandora - Chicago Watertower location. A friend in the UK who grew up in Chicago wanted a “chicago” charm for her bracelet. She put it on her Amazon wish list, wrote to her husband suggesting that I could purchase the charm on his behalf for xmas gift. He was very enthusiastic especially since the charm not available in the UK, noe could he buy by mail from the US. He said it was only available at the Chicago STORES!!!! I called the Watertower store, spoke with lovely Serena, who took the time to photograph and email to me all of the available choices of Chicago charms. I sent these to my friend who then sent me back her 1st, 2nd & 3rd choices. Yesterday I finally got to the store… met lovely Serena… and purchased the charm my friend wanted. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful and patient Serena was. For a small silver charm, she put in a great deal of time and effort to make this all possible.

The people working there were super kind and knew where everything is so you won't have to wait super long! Any questions you ask, they would most likely know the answer to. Super nice and packages everything super nicely!

Serena was friendly, knowledgeable, patient. The store is very clean bright and welcoming. Last but not least I love the jewelry!

The location in Water Tower Place is my favorite. The sales associates are always knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time with answering my questions and don't make me feel like a bother when trying on different things. They always make sure I leave satisfied with my purchase.

The sales rep Raven F. was extremely help, and helped me put my bracelet together perfectly.
