As a district manager, I can tell you, you have an employee, Kelly P., that is a true asset to your team. I knew nothing about jewelry but Kelly was patient with myself, and my 7 year old daughter. We wanted something nice to start my mother off on her first pandora bracelet. She was quick, informative, and super friendly, and inviting, including my daughter in the conversation. I’ve already recommended her to some friends!

The kind and genuine service that I received from the associate was second to none. The knowledge the associate had helped us find exactly what we were looking for. My experience at pandora was extremely pleasant.

The sales lady, robins, gave me allot of time. She was relax while I kept on asking her questions. I tried on allot of pieces and she had so much patience for me. The store had enough space for me to try things on properly.
