They refused to sell me the 3 charms I went to buy at the sale price although I am a Pandora club member and online they saw that the price was being offered to me at a sale amount. Made phone order with the shop. Hadn’t received email for past four days nor tracking number. The lady was rude and she didn’t even apologized at all while I was explaining I did made purchases with them. Claiming that I didn’t more then twice on the phone. Not only that my name was spelled wrong and my email. The store manger should train their association sale better on the phone call and about phone purchases. Not trying to be mean. Services on the phone was terrible with the lady. She refusing to listen properly nor knowledge the problem.

I ordered my merchandise online to pick up a Towson Town Center location... my order was canceled and My Pandora Credit Card was still charged for the transaction, in which I never even made it to the store because the order was canceled.
