My bracelet would not close..The associate did not offer me the choice to get it fix. She wanted me to purchase another bracelet.. To throw the old bracelet away

When I went in there were no other customers in the store. I asked to purchase a polishing cloth. I asked if they had any. The associate didn't answer and walked to the back. She got a cloth out of the cupboard, and walked back up front without saying anything. I followed her. When I was paying for the polishing cloth, I laid a twenty dollar bill on the counter. She asked me to place it in her hand. I like to go to this store, because it is close to my office, but I'll probably go somewhere else. I just felt very uncomfortable during this visit.

I came into the store after just discovering that morning that one of my cz clips had fallen off. I mentioned it to the lady but there was no offer of anything to make it right. I had just purchased my first Pandora bracelet a few weeks ago while on a cruise and to already lose a clip I spent $45 is disgraceful. Now when I look at your site, I see that several people have reported issues with these falling off

The sales associated could have made a larger sale however she was not enthusiastic with assisting me and I did not want to give her the sale. I will return to this store and give it to another sales lady.

I went to Pandora at the Gallery at Harborplace to buy some Christmas gifts for my friends. I have been to that store so often, but I was never so bad attended as I was on this last visit. The lady who attended me (Tyrina) did not even greet me. She was very unfriendly, always with a furious expression on her face. Moreover, she took my purchase, tossed it in a little paper box, and put some paper on top, and then she put it into Pandora's classic bag. I felt so uncomfortable with the situation that I did not want to look for anything else, and I left the store as soon as possible.

I did not like the salesperson attitude that waited on me. This was my first time purchasing from pandora and my experience was not pleasing at all. She seemed like she had an attitude because I was asking questions about the items to see which one I wanted to purchase. And she was rushing me.

I was charged for a cleaning cloth without knowing about it. When I questioned the girl about the price she assured me that was the right price. When I got home I realized she had sole me a cloth which I didn’t ask for or need! So annoying!!!
