my item took long to pick up

Good customer service

They did not have one of the charms we were looking for Another one of the charms I wanted was too expensive The braclets should have a longer length

Sales assistant was not much of a help....

Service was quick and the store had everything I wanted!

When customer come in You welcome in store and Tell them someone's will be right with you . No one have time for stuck up attitude. They should be glad that someone come to shop.

Store didn’t have what I wanted so I had to choose other items , I’d rather order online . I love pandora though .

The salesperson did not give me a receipt for my in store purchase that I made.

The system went down of course this was not something I blame on the associates. But they took forever to even tell me what was going on so I’m just standing their well the staff chat. And the manager was rude. I finally received my items as it was only a store pick up and already paid for. The jewelry was beautiful but the store experience was horrible.

The sales person was not knowledgeable about the product that they sale. She gave me the wrong charms that was not the same price as the ones I wanted. And the sales person at the door was not friendly at all.
