Most of the merchandise can not be seen free without the help of the seller. Are arranged in the drawers which are one on top of other. You need to check the book in order to see what you need.

The Sales Rep Laura was very helpful, Almost did not purchase my item, because it was more expensive than I thought it would be; I have been buying from Pandora for over 5 years, and it seems like the prices are getting higher; Sometimes, the special offer is not available, which is disappointing, other than that I really like Pandora, and I always tell my family members to get me gifts from there.

Khalia was very patient with me especially since I had specific charms that I was working into my new bracelet. She presented different options and at the end I ended up with the charms she suggested. I was very happy with my purchase and satisfied with her customer service.

I'm not highly satisfied due to that the prices are a little pricey for charms. They are okay but not the best.

Wasn’t in the mood to do a exchange. I brought the wrong item online, which didn’t go with the main item I purchased.

The Sales Team and the store were what I would have expected. I have been to another location and, there too, was extremely satisfied with the service. My problem existed with the check-out experience. The register and transaction terminals were "acting up" and subsequently denied my credit and debit cards. After several minutes of trying various payment options, I proceeded out of the store and used a random ATM and withdrew the money I needed without problem. Upon my return to purchase the items, with cash in hand, and complete the transaction, I asked for a discount of the ATM fee ($3.50), which was not provided. Nor did I receive any additional coupons or credit for my troubles or the stores inability to complete the credit card purchase. I will shop there again but, it should be policy to provide compensation when a customer has to go out of their way to make a purchase. This doesn't include that I specifically walked the 1 1/2 miles to and again back to make that particular purchase. Thank you for your time.
