Estoy satisfecha pero no regreso pues vovo lejos y estaba de vacaciones

I go in the store real quick, ever time. And im satisfied when I do.

I was looking at Disney charms and the lady never showed me the Essence line. I bought the Minnie portrait charm. As I was leaving I was looking through the book and saw the Minnie essence and asked the last if they had it and she said yes.

Associate had a condescending attitude.

the store was very clean and well organized. the sales staff knew their information and were very helpful. they also gave great opinions in helping me pick from a selection.

I was not highly satisfied because it was an average customer service experience. It was nothing more or nothing less than what I intended. But I'll will be back.

I love a good sale. Can never go wrong with pandora.

The sales associate, the cleanliness of the store, and overall appearance of the store was nice. My issue was that you could not visibly view all of the Pandora charms for purchase. The charms were all stacked on top of one another and in order to view them you had to ask or already know what you want. Sometimes a person maybe just charm shopping and not looking for anything in particular just seeing was new or available. The frustration of having to keep asking the associate to see a the charms and feeling as if she didn't want to keep pulling out trays limited my purchase because I just said never mind I will go online and purchase the two I had.

I was looking for more summer time charms like seashells or since I was in Baltimore a crab charm. I live in the Philadelphia suburbs and was in Baltimore for the day.

I cannot go back to this Pandora store as I live in Florida and was just visiting Baltimore. Also my rating is such because the first time I wore my bracelet, my bead fell off. Thank goodness I found it.
