I was Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the product and could answer all of my questions. Ended up spending almost $300 this day in store.

Didn’t have as much jewelry in gold that they had in silver . Would like to see more products in gold . Was also upset that must of the gold items was available online only .

The actual service I received from the store itself was fine. The deluge of marketing emails I received and urges to take this survey despite clicking unsubscribe several times was not. I have received 50 emails in an hour. It makes me highly unlikely to return to your stores in the future.

I was on vac at st thomas and sales person haproblem using my pandoracredit card so i call custermer service so they cud assit herbut still she couldnt do it so i had to leave my vacation was over so normally when i travel i will purchase charm and i do travel alot so i hav no st thomas charm toadd to my collectio. So i probably stop collecting cuz i dont know the next time ill b n st thomas vi

I was satisfied with the whole experience in the store the rep was very helpful we came with a group and she handed all of us with patience and was very helpful

The lady was taking to long to ring me up it was to more people working there who could have rung me up but she never told them that she was working with a costumer and that she needed someone to ring me up I was in for 25min
