Felt a little rush

I went to add charms to the bracelet my husband gave me for Christmas. I wanted to browse and see what was available and what I might like. Sadly,there was no opportunity to browse. The sales person was very friendly but all merchandise was locked and stowed behind the counter. Couldn't you have plexiglass drawers with locks or displays with the spinning carousel so that the customer can see what is available. I chose something, but I was hoping to see some charms that I might want to buy next time. But I left with no knowledge or hints of other merchandise that was available. I guess my bracelet is complete.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel like a valued customer. I walked out of the store with a new bracelet and charm that I am very satisfied with.

I’m used to the sales associate bringing the merchandise out so I can pick what I want to buy. The associate was holding the merchandise like I was going to steal it. I never experienced that before.

Because I just felt like I was being pushed to purchase more than what I wanted.. But other than that, sales person was very nice and friendly and store was clean.

The wait time for an associate was way too long and no one acknowledged me once in store waiting. A lot of pieces have not been available for awhile not at many different stores over time. The free gifts should be a price range that you can pick and not just something they want to get rid of.
