On Tuesday I added a newly purchased charm to my bracelet and in doing so I noticed a structural problem with the silver in my bracelet. I called consumer affairs number and was advised that Pandora products are only warrantied for one-year and that my bracelet was "old" and had "too many charms" on it. (Please be advised that I have only had my bracelet for 5 years and it was not close to being filled.) The experience with the rep over the phone was very different than the level of customer service that I am accustomed to so I decided to walk down to the store near my office. I am happy I did. I had the pleasure of working with Carrie, the manager. She was awesome! And the level of service was so fantastic that I purchased two-additional charms to show my appreciation to her. It is my hope that your customers meet more Carrie's than "reps" when purchasing your products. I am forever a fan of the Baltimore store and the leadership they are under. Thank you!

This Pandora at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore was amazing! I live in Virginia and the Pandora we have in the Spotsylvania Town center is absolutely horrible. This was refreshing and I even finished my visit there by hugging Kahlia, they were all amazing
