The sales associates were very friendly and the items that i wanted were available for me to purchase them. The store is very clean and welcoming.

The staff at this store are always welcoming, friendly and patient. They always have great ideas for additions to my bracelets and great selections on the sale tray. Returns and exchanges are easy and I can always find rare charms at this location. The only reason why I don't shop here more frequently is because I have to pay to park, but that isn't the fault of the store. It's just a downfall of being in a downtown location. I love this store...it't my favorite in the Baltimore area.
