Everything was professional The salesperson was nice friendly and professional The store was clean

1. Its was super quick like 5 minutes. 2. The lady was on point i told her it was anniversary and i was late for the gift, she gave me 2 great options i picked one my girl loved it. Everything is great. 3. I didn't realize tge location i work not to far so i will defiantly coming back

I saw the charm I wanted at the expo, but we were in a hurry and I wasn't able to make a purchase at that time, but the ladies told me to come back to the store and they would take of me and that's exactly what they did. They still had the charm available and we chatted about the race and they were just GREAT!!! :)

The staff at this Pandora was incredibly professional and patient with me as I searched for the perfect charm. This store had an excellent selection of Baltimore/Maryland charms which made me very happy but very hard to just choose one. The cost of the charms are really the only thing to complain about.
