Pandora Jewelry

I was very pleased with my bracelet and charms I bought. Desirae the store manager was very helpful and has a great personality.I love my free Pandora bag. I will return to buy more charms. Thank You, Desirae for making my first purchase at Pandora a wonderful experience!

The store was set up very nicely the sales reps was very helpfully on assisting me on what I was looking for and they was also helpful on giving me additional information on future items that would be available in the mere future also Ms Khalia T had an awesome attitude when helping me

My daughter and I were visiting the Baltimore area due to cheer competition on Sat., 4/7/19. We decided to browse through Pandora. We met two wonderful salesperson, Khalia and Khalia's co-worker (can't recall her name). They were both were very approachable, friendly and compassionate about their job. I recall Khalia's name because she serviced us while the other female serviced two other customers. Khalia is an asset to Pandora. This was our first meeting and you would have thought we've known each other for years. Just an extraordinary experience! Khalia knows her jewelry. She explained and demonstrated how to maintain Pandora's jewelry and how to keep in contact with Pandora's advertisement via email.

While on vacation, we walked into the store and were greeted in a friendly manner. We were looking for a specific ring and it was in stock. Such a great experience.

Khalia the sales associate was very helpful because I am very indecisive and can be quite complicated. She was interested in me as a person and my sister as well whom I was shopping for. She made my shopping experience fast and friendly despite me being uncertain of what I would purchase. This is my favorite Pandora store and always will be. All of the associates are always friendly even when they are not actually helping you. Keep up the good work guys😘

I am highly satisfied because the sales associates were very friendly and patient. Plus, the store had a wide variety of merchandise and the charm that was sold out online, they had it in the store. The store was clean and I got a discount on one the charms.
