The staff was VERY friendly, helpful, enthusiastic about their job and the product. The store was very clean and adequately stocked. If I wasn't visiting from out of state, that would be my #1 store to shop at.

The sales associate was very courteous and took her time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, I was shopping for myself and also had a family member who was looking for a gift she also helped him find the perfect gift based on the information he gave about the person he was shopping for she was excellent.

incredibly friendly staff. Really enthusiastic greeting when I entered. Everyone was so helpful, showed me new merchandise, quick transaction completion without feeling rushed. Excellent experience

Sales representative was friendly and accommodating. Traveling with a group who collect a charm representing the city of which we travel, she brought out several samples and took time to recommend charms based on our requests and needs. Disappointed there are not spacers, this really helps keeps the charms in place.
