I stated that I am highly satisfied with my visit because from the moment my mom and I walked in the store, we were greeted immediately. Our sales associate Kiya H was very welcoming. She immediately acknowledged us. I work in customer service myself and know what to look for and what excellent service is.

This was my first time being pandora I didn’t know what to expect but the team made me feel very welcomed. Brontay was very delightful to talk too and made my experience very awesome I will be back !!!!

Sales rep Khalila (I think that was here name) was excellent. She provided excellent customer service; she even went the extra mile to ask about my granddaughters (for whom I was purchasing) and picked out special charms for each.

The sales associate took the initiative to return bracelet and charms that were damaged even though that wasn’t the reason for my visit. I came in to buy more charms

Great customer service

The store was in a Mall I entered the Mall the store was located at my immediate left on the first floor. That was a Godend as I was tired , just getting off work!

This is the only location I go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always help me with picking out the right merchandise.
