Natalie in downtown Baltimore at the gallery was very professional help me and my friend get the perfect rings and I’m in love with mine

I visited this store last year before Christmas. I purchased matching bracelets for my daughter and myself with a mother/daughter charm. This time I brought my daughter along, and let's just say this will be a tradition that we will continue to carry on for special days and milestones. My daughter absolutely loved it.

When I walked in someone immediately greeted me. I hand sanitized before walking in and as soon as I came in they were ready to help. It was quick and seemless

I was immediately greeted upon entry by a sales associate. They were very helpful and checked in to see if i needed any assistance, but he was not pushy.

I love Pandora. My salesperson was excellent. She was very polite and knowledgeable about what I was purchasing.
