The wait was not long. They do great with social distancing. The sales rep was extremely nice she got me exactly what I needed. Great experience would definitely come back to the store.

I really liked how the sales lady whom I believe was the manager took her time to explain things to me. I’m normally an impulse shopper and she got me in & out with 15 minutes. I also informed her that I wanted to stay within $300 and even though I went over my initial budget (my choice), she made sure to accommodate my needs. I wish I remembered her name.

I had a very satisfying first experience at Pandora. My salesperson Sahrena K. safely helped me with trying on pieces, she was very friendly and quite knowlegable on the Pandora products. I was a little disappointed that another ring that I fell in love with was not in the store in my size she quickly directed me to the catalog.
