When I got there a lady immediately approached me to help me find what I wanted. She also searched the whole store for one pendant for me, that made me really happy knowing that she wanted my best interest.

Brontray showed me a lot of charms. I couldn’t leave the store. She was so nice and friendly.

I referring to the location in the Gallery Mall (Baltimore, MD) - The management staff and store associates are always professional, eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. I left the Annapolis location on Friday 4/2/2021 very disappointed and personally offended by the store manager on duty. If she was not pregnant I would given her a verbal lashing. I have spent an excessive amount of money in various Pandora stores throughout the US and I have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I nor anyone in my family will never spend another cent in the Annapolis MD Pandora store.

I was visiting Baltimore for vacation and I went in the store and I had a very good experience....

The sales clerk was nice and friendly and treated me like a human being with respect .she also had great knowledge of the merchandise and did the sale with great dignity and recommendations of other products.
