Pandora Jewelry

This store was very busy but even still the employees were very friendly. Even taking the time between each customer to clean the area thoroughly for the next customer. Very patient while I was shopping and answered every question with ease.

I went to the Pandora in Columbia mall in Md. The worst experience I ever had. I said I would never purchase from Pandora. Columbia mall (Pandora) has the worst customer service. Decided to visit the gallery Pandora and I was impressed. Customer Service was excellent and the ladies were so nice and inviting. They can teach Pandora in Columbia how to greet and be inviting to customers.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate name Lucretia from store # 0402 was very helpful . She assisted me in finding and putting together a very nice and sentimental bracelet for my mom for Mother's Day. I will be returning to this location because i really liked her customer service.

Fast service and friendly

It wasn't too far of a distance from where I live. Customer service was excellent. The employee knew exactly what I was looking for.

The sales associate was very helpful and professional. She sanitized the charm bracelet that I wore into the store and I also sanitized my hands. She also put my new charms on my bracelet, in the order that I wanted. She offered helpful advice and was patient during the whole process.

Everything I want was there The price was good Service was fast
