I am a regular at the store. I come in at least once a month. The staff is wonderful, personable, friendly and knowledgable. Basically, I know what I want when I walk in the door. They are absolutely the best upsellers. Quite intuitive. I look at that store as 'My' Pandora Store.

The sales associates were great.

I just was looking at merchandise and a sales woman saw my phone case had a HARRY POTTER character on it. She asked if I had seen the Harry Potter charms. That started a great relationship between sales woman and buyer!

Our associates was so nice and very professional. She was patient while we tried on different rings and attentive. One couple got in our personal space to look at jewelry and she politely asked them to step back, I’m glad she did because it was very uncomfortable.

I ordered online about two hours before my arrival The store manager told me that she doesn't see my order as of yet it takes about 4 hours for the online orders to come through, 🙃 I'm like okay no problem I wanted to walk around the store anyway, so As I walked around the store I noticed a couple more charms I wanted, also my bracelet got cleaned before my new charms was put on Thanks Ladies Both ladies assistance me with any and everything I needed And my order was ready before 4 hours 🥰

My salesperson was Dorian he was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Uriah was the best help. He wrapped the gift charm up so nicely and even did it very quickly, but didn’t rush. He was being warm and polite
