Ellen was our salesperson and was very personable. She was a delight to work with. Knowing she could have had a sale the day I went in there originally, she asked if I could wait until yesterday so I could get the Black Friday deals. I appreciate that more than you will ever know. Considering it was Black Friday and there was a long line, there was an abundance of charms and baubles in this store, I really appreciate that, since I decided to buy more than I originally had in mind. Again, Thank you Ellen for your patience and knowledge of all the merchandise! I will be returning before Christmas for more jewels and charms.
