Sales lady was wonderful! We knew we wanted a charm but unsure what one. She was helpful and patient with us. She continued giving us ideas until we found one we were satisfied with.

The in store experience was 10 out of 10. My problem was the online experience. I decided to finally shop online and it was unclear as to what I was purchasing. I bought charms from the “My” collection only because I was unaware that it was a thing and because it’s not obvious on the website.

The service was fast and friendly the young lady that help me was in training but was still very knowledgeable awesome service
