To the manager and Ashley S. Thank you so much for making an exception to the exchange policy. My 24yr old son purchased me a bracelet at a Pandora store in MN where he resides in January 2023 and came to visit me the end of April to give it to me as a gift and the bracelet turned out to be too big. The manager was amazing and understood the time frame and the distance between and exchanged it for the right size. Ashley was very patient with me as it was very overwhelming for me that day and emotional. I appreciate all of the time that Ashley took to spend with me to make sure that the bracelet was set to how I wanted it and she was very knowledgable and suggested amazing ideas. I will definitely be back to work with Ashly in the FUTURE. AGAIN THANK YOU for GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND for customer satisfaction.

The associates were very knowledgeable about the products being offered. The store was very inviting with it’s beautiful displays. The quality of the merchandise was worth the price.

The sales woman was very friendly and showed us many different options. The bracelets were beautiful and the price was right. We are extremely happy with our purchase. She also helped us to purchase a safety catch as well which was beautiful.
