I have been going to the sales lady, Jen, for the past4-5 years only. I have waited for her to finish with other customers just so I can deal with Jen. I have purchased all of my wife's pandora jewelry from Jen with the exception of her first bracelet, the rest has been with Jen here at the Jensen Beach location. Jen has an extremely good knowledge of Pandora's quality & quantity. Over the past years, Jen has gotten to know what my wife likes, and how to place each charm on both of my wife's bracelets & both of her necklaces. Jen is an extremely great asset for Pandora. She cares about the customer in every way & ensures that we are totally satisfied with not only her service, but satisfied with the jewelry & if necessary, makes sure we have an appointment with her before we leave the store. In fact, we already have another appointment with her to purchase more charms from her. Not sure what you are paying Jen, but it is not enough, she deserves every dollar you pay her and more. She is a real keeper. You don't see this in people now days, people just don't care. But Jen, she shows you she cares.

I was helped as soon as I walked in and was shown every item I asked to see, was even shown how to open and close the jewelry correctly. Everyone was wearing masks which was great!
