Once again , Jennifer demonstrated her expertise & knowledge of not only Pandora’s merchandise, but her knowledge of exactly what my wife lives in your Pandora jewelry. Jens professionalism of how thing not only fit, but how the jewelry looks on my wife’s hand/wrist or necklace. Jen not only makes suggestions for us but also educates us on how to open/lock the bracelets/necklaces. As long as Jennifer is working there at your Pandora store there in the Simon Mall @ Jensen Beach, I will continue to be a VERY satisfied customer. Even though we did not place an order the last time we were in, just a week ago, my wife had suggested to Jen what she would like to see when we came in this week. Jennifer had the items my wife was interested in already laid out waiting for us to arrive yet she had no idea what time we would arrive. Now that is customer service. And that’s why I will be a repeat customer of Jennifer. I have spent well over $1,000 only with Jennifer because she cares about her customers. I have even waited for over an hour just so I could get the service Jennifer shows. Every employee should know their customers as well as Jennifer.
