Jennifer (111473) was a delight. I was greeted immediately. Her recommendations were spot on and she also assisted me with cleaning my bracelet, organize the charms, and more. She really went above and beyond. It was a great experience and I'll be looking for her when I return.

Tamaiya (203471) did an awesome job during my visit. She was quick, knew about charms. I had asked her if there was a charm of penguins because I had not seen one on-line, and she mentioned yes, however it is on sale because it has the Christmas hat on. The fact that she remember there was still one available was great. My niece's favorite animal is penguin and although it had a Christmas hat, I was happy at least one was available and bought it, along with other things. She even cleaned my pandora bracelet while I had to quickly step out for an appointment I had a couple doors down. She did great!

it was simple quick and easy, Tatyana S. helped me out at the right moment when i was rushing i would highly recommend her for anyone to talk to she’s the girl to go she knows what she’s doing !!
