Well I would first like to say that this was my 1st time going into Pandora and I had a wonderful experience. Alexis greeted me and made me feel super comfortable and special. She knew my size bracelet right on the 1st try and I believe she is a new trainee but she will definitely make a great asset to Pandora. I really appreciated the assistance they gave me and all the information such as: the credit card, rewards and the booklet with all the jewelry. So happy I walked in to Pandora and had a great 1st experience. I will definitely be purchasing from you guys again! Thanks! The store was very nice and clean.

Because when we entered right away we got helped looking for rings especially one that I needed. The processes was fast and easy. The workers there are pretty nice.

There was no wait time for assistance. Jen promptly helped me find the perfect jewelry pieces and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and at very reasonable prices. Will return in the future.

The sales people are always so nice and one particularly knew her stuff! She noticed many of my charms were discontinued because many are 20 or more years old when we had to find boutiques that carried Pandora back in the day. The self cleaning station is a nice touch although she went the extra mile and cleaned mine for me. I have the longest braclet out of all my friends and family as I am the biggest ;D The sales woman said she had not seen such a full bracelet. Every charm tells a story.

Upon entering the store I wasn't sure where to start or what I was looking for exactly. I was greeted immediately and the sales person asked if I need assistance and from there on I was happy with the merchandise and I got what I wanted. The sales person was very knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
