Black Friday deal was a value. Waited in line outside the store for 15 minutes, but the sales host was questioning shoppers about their needs and helped us with options in the catalog. Once in the store we were met at at counter quickly and were able to zoom in on creating a purchase.

The sales representative was was excellent. She was patient (we were trying to make several decisions for our daughters gifts). She was helpful and friendly.
