This was my first visit to a Pandora store and even though there was a line the associates moved the line quickly, assisting those who was picking up an order in line. The associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable and educated me. My mom love her bracelet!

The quality of the products, the ambiance of the store, Jen, the salesperson recommendations, her patience and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish in a very short spam of time to shop. I walked away with a sweet smile on my face instispating the joy on my family's face. This will be a very memorable merry Christmas. Thank you Jen and Pondora, I hope your Christmas is special too. I know that the holidays are a busy time for all of the stores and protocols are still in place due to the pandemic, so I really appreciate the efficiency and ease of the line outside of the store during my experience. I was helped out by Tatyana S who was a phenomenal salesperson. She was especially great in listening to my needs when I was undecided between two styles and also two styles when shopping for someone else.
