I was highly satisfied with my purchase but cannot return to the same location because I live in Miami, Florida. I was simply visiting Jensen Beach where I made the purchases. The salesperson was very attentive to what I was looking for and very knowledgeable of the products. Great customer service.

Upon entering the store, an employee asked if she could help me. I answered I was looking for a charm. She didn't offer to help me. I found a charm I liked and went to the counter to be waited on. No one approached me and it was obvious other people who came in after us were taken care of. We asked about being waited on and an associate asked if we had signed in. We were not told upon entering the store that we had to sign in nor did we see a sign telling us we had to sign in. I was ready to leave the store without purchasing anything. My husband reminded me we had been waiting at least 30 minutes and so we went back in and signed in.Thanks to another customer who told an associate that we had been waiting a long time, that associate took care of us. I have to say it was not a pleasant experience.

The wait what very long for an accosiate. To much visiting amongest the associates. Instead paying attention to the customers. Associate with waiting list was putting others in front of others on the wIt list!!

Ease of purchase and friendly staff

The woman who was assisting us was a older blonde woman and she was extremely rude. She had her name tag also turned around so we couldn't identify her. She had walked over and repeatedly asked myself and husband that she would place the rings on the counter after I had told her to give us a little while to think it threw. She rolled her eyes and we both saw her do it and still kept asking. She was also not patient at ALL!! My husband stated that she kept smiling at him as well in a uncomfortable way so he left the store and waited outside!! She had no professionalism what so ever!!!
