The sales representative, Jennifer, made me feel like a pariah. She seemed disgusted that she had to clean behind me every time I wanted to look at an option to purchase. I spent $180 today but don’t feel good about my experience at all. I’m going to return it all - she was awful in retrospect.

I told the associate what I wanted. She said I should look through books. Why? I knew what I wanted. She seemed as though she had no idea where to look for items.

i was satisfied with everything except for the reconstruction of the pandora store, it is taking too long. Associates are standing out of the store, it looks ugly :c

Jennifer was very rude. She kept she constantly kept reminding me that clearance items are nonrefundable and trying to push me away from purchasing items see made it seem like I did not here her the first 15 times she told me. She was talking to me as if I was condescending. I went in there with knowing the size ring I wanted she again reminded me it was final sale, I had to walk away from me and waited until Becca was available cause I no longer wanted her help. I than started with Becca and she was showing me the charms I wanted to see, nothing with what she was showing me. She than came at the end and took Becca sale. Becca was the one who helped me throw my sales not Jennifer. Yet Becca was the one who wrapped my presents. Jennifer is rude not helpful did not even let me see what other charms they had. She was belittling me. I did not appreciate that. Becca was very friendly and caring and lisned to me.

Sales Person: Jennifer No. 111473 was rude and racist. My friend who is here as a visitor did not speak English and I entered the store and helped to translate, the sales person was rude and asked my friend not to touch anything, and was being rude and looking us bad. After we completed the purchase, she started cleaning everything we touched as we were infected with something. It was obvious she was bothered because of us not speaking English. This is the second time we have purchased at that store, the first time we did this same process and it was fine. If we have known we were going to be treated like this we would have never entered the store and spent our money there, we are living in a multicultural world, being racist should no longer be allowed. The store should feel flattered there are foreign visitors coming all the way to spend their money there. We then continue doing our shopping and when we passed outside the store again, she kept looking down on us. I hope you fix this kind of issue and train employees to be more friendly and open mind with different cultures.

I did not get the typical pandora greeting. No one welcomed me. I told the salesperson about a charm that had fallen off earlier this year. I came in earlier this year to get this charm, my first pandora charm, replaced. I came in two times before for the same reason they said it couldn’t be replaced. They were referring me to a jeweler loudly like it wasn’t a pandora charm... others shopping began to look at me. I was so embarrassed. My salesperson told me it only had a one year warranty and couldn’t be replaced. I came in earlier in the year and they could have replaced it then I said. Everyone was looking at us. Another sales person heard me talking to my sales person said loudly they were trying to help you and there’s only a one year warranty. finally she said she would do a one time curtesy since I had came in earlier in the year about the same charm. Overall, it was a hassle to get this charm replaced since it took three visits to get an exchange. I was highly disgusted with this experience and this store in general.

Sales person was very patience, kind, and knowledgeable with the merchandise. We explored all options available without being rushed. Ease of the transaction was quick and easy.
