I was charged for the wrong ring, they need more options for people size 4.5, employees need to be more attentive.

There is a sign in list that no one tells you about. I stood there for 15 minutes before I was told about it. Bought 180.00 worth of charms the gift wrapping was poor. Should have went back to Jareds where you are serviced immediately. They wrap the purchases beautifully and the employees are not snippy. I will never use Pandora in the Treasure Coast mall again EVER!!!!!

I was blatantly ignored by sales associates. Worst customer service experience and unfriendly atmosphere.

They did not have the charm or earrings I was looking for, nor the size bracelet I wanted to try and for both they had to take the display. The buy 2 get 1 was deceiving because I could not include the Disney merchandise in it and the sales associate did nothing to work with me. I even asked for a cleaning cloth for all of the inconvenience and she wouldn’t even do that

Good afternoon! My mother and I visited the Jensen Beach store on November 19th to purchase a few holiday gifts. I had brought my mother to the store to start a bracelet for my sister-in-law. I have never been experienced the treatment I did that day. Since it was a started bracelet and my mother was trying to keep her cost down - she simply wanted 1 bracelet and 1 charm. The sales person helping us said she HAD to purchase clips or she would ruin the bracelet. She was VERY pushy and then tried have my mother sign up for a credit card - that would allow her to purchase more now and pay over time. She then went on to push the maintenance kit. She would not relent on all the sales tactics. Her tone did not change until I said I wanted to purchase the holiday ornament and charm. she then became very nice and tried to be personable... but it was too late. Had my mother not been visiting from Pennsylvania and not needing to get this shopping done - I would have left the store without purchasing anything. Thomas was great but the 2 managers over looking everything he did was the problem. They made me and my husband feel like we came in to steal. Almost every piece I asked him to look at, one out of the 2 ladies would come over asking what's wrong and what was I asking. I mentioned to Thomas that she's making us feel very uncomfortable. He apologized but continued to try to give me the service I needed but again the lady came over checking on what I'm wanting and due to us feeling uncomfortable instead of spending $500 I planned I only spent $38.00 on 1 charm. I will never shop at this location again. I wished I had gotten her name but she was wearing a black and white top.

I made a mistake. I was very satisfied with my experience at Pandora.

The sales associate was extremely rude at the gardens location her name is Brooke she looked and acted very annoyed to be there

My reps kailey and Jen was very professional and knowledgeable about bracelets and product style that best suited for me

Sales person didn't give me an accurate price on a dangle charm. She just made a guess. But overall the experience at Treasure Coast Mall was fine.
