Pandora Jewelry

I called Pandora on yesterday, 12/8/20 about an item I want to purchase. As we continued talking the subject of my experience @ this Pandora came up. I became very emotional because that SalesLady was disrespectful, dismissive, and she treated me as if I was going to either steal something or maybe not purchase anything. I wanted the new Sales Associate to help me but the older lady insisted on doing it. She was awful and my experience was racist and high minded. I want to items so I wished her well but I do not want to spend or support someone who doe not respect me. I have purchased thousands of dollars in bracelets, charms, cleaning kits, gifts etc. This was my worst experience ever.

Sales association seemed "pushy" when I identified the merchandise I wanted and did not seem to comprehend well.

The associate was very rude. She made us wait very long. She wasn’t very good at listening to our needs. We will not be returning to that store

As I came into the store the sales associates did not greet me to begin with. On top of it there were people available to take guests but continued to talk about random stuff instead of helping. I had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone decided to help. I could have taken my business elsewhere however my brother wanted to get something specific. I will not shop here again

Jewelry wasn't cleaned to satisfaction, salesperson destiny c acted like she could care less and just kept shrugging her shoulders when I asked for more information, wanted to see the new charm and different length necklaces she was not very forthcoming with information it seemed like she didn't know they products well

Just pressed into buying something not what I was looking for

While shopping with an associate I chose an item. After deciding that I would prefer a different item the associate made it very clear by rolling her eyes and grumbling to another associate that she was annoyed with my decision to choose a different item.

Mislead by sales associate Destiny she told me everything was 35% off. When I questioned Becca at the checkout counter she basically said sorry she’s wrong and I can’t make any adjustments to your purchase. I advised her she needs to cover Destiny as she’s misleading customers. Very unprofessional

Sales associate was very pushy with trying to sell me something different, than what I was inquiring about. Didn't offer to put my charm on my bracelet or anyting, just kind of stood there and watch me struggle with putting in on and finally asked if I need assistance.

Sales person very pushy and wouldn’t listen to what I liked she kept showing her bracelet. I wanted a size and she kept going against it. She was very rude and pushy
