The wrong bar code was entered for the item purchased. However, the price was the same, but I had an issue of the earrings coming apart and when I went in to discuss it, they said I did NOT purchase that item. Evidently, the item was put in the wrong package with a different barcode. I was given a new receipt with the correct item and an extended return date of 30 days from 12/28/2021. After the explanation, I was satisfied.

When I asked for a bag l was told they didn't have a lot in stock.l told Marcy l didn't have a purse or any other bag my self to put my purchase in.l still had more shopping to do. She looked at the employee next to her and said she wants a bag and l told her we don't have a lot.l said l would put that in my survey when l wrote in and was leaving when she gave me a bag.l understand yesterday was Christmas and you could be short on bags but I don't want to loose my purchase because your store was the first store l want to spend my money.Marcy was nice except for the bag if I had a purse l would have put it in the purse.

We went to the Jensen Beach Pandora store to buy Florida charms. We were helped by Genesis, a more junior teammember who struggled to help us during checkout when we were trying to redeem a $10 off survey coupon. She asked for help from some more senior associates who did not seem to know what they were doing and couldn't help her. Throughout all this, the Store Manager was at the front of the store, unoccupied, and despite seeing her junior and mid-level associates struggle to help us did not jump in to help. Seeing all this, we called over the Store Manager and asked her why she had not stepped in to help in order to speed up our check out so other customers could also be helped (it was Black Friday so there was a line outside the store). She rudely replied that she did not need to be told how to do her job and that she knew how to run a store. Luckily, the District Manager, Kitty, was on hand and was able to jump in and help us with checkout. We flagged for Kitty the Store Manager's attitude and lack of customer service skills and were told she would coach her.

The current setup where you do not have the opportunity to walk around the store and look at the charms is not for me. I will not go back.

I know what I was looking! But the lady was no friendly and she was no great to looking foe more options for me … so I got discouraged to get any other products..

Sale associates didn’t want us to look in the book. Associate couldn’t locate anything we selected to see. Associate was all over the place. Associate only wanted us to buy what she wanted us to buy.
