The big 45% off sale was a scam.......only 4 beads available for this sale. Only bought one. I have experienced much better sales in the past. I guees the plan is to get you in the Pandors store. Very unsatisfied with selection Must say that the clerk Jennifer was excellent and tres patient. Vlaudette

In all fairness my experience was tainted by the fact that it was only a few days before Christmas, the store was crowded, it was my first time in the store, wanted to buy a charm bracelet for my wife and didn't know what I was doing. The sales people simply did not have enough time to spend with a newbie like me. I ended just buying a bracelet and 1 charm and two elegant spacers. Would like to have bought more but again store was very busy, sales people were rushed, and I needed more attention than I received. But, the more important thing is that my wife loved what I got her and I will be returning to the store for more charms in the future.

I called to see if the piece of jewelry I wanted was in stock. The associate was unfamiliar with the ring and had no idea what it was by name, she had me describe the ring in great detail to determine if it was the correct piece. Further more she couldn't say for certain the ring was the right size, she said she thought it was. So I had to go to the store and hope it was correct because there was only one in stock. She also said she couldn't hold the item for me for even one or two hours. After I got to the store I was highly disappointed when I saw the ring in person, it was about half the size it appeared in the online picture. The metal was also extremely thin, again it did not appear this way in the photo. But my girlfriend fell in love with the ring we saw online. I felt mislead and taken advantage of. I bought the piece anyway but I will not be using Pandora again for these reasons. The manager couldn't even tell me with certainty it was a size six, she said it fit her and she wore a size six. I paid $300 for the thinnest and smallest piece of gold jewelry I have ever purchased. I believe I should be reimbursed in some type of way for the deception and poor service.

The sales person was way to pushy on selling items. I knew what I wanted and she kept pushing more and more sales pitches.

First visit 3/723 did the survey but couldn't make out the numbers to small. The manager was showed the receipt with over$300. purchase. I explain that it was difficult to see it. Attempted to do over. Couldn't log back into the section. I through having the receipt would've been enough. The manager wouldn't give me a lousy 10% off and I spent an additional $244.00 The manager suggested that I snapshot the code.

The salesperson was bossy and rude and did not like her at all.

I spent 191.00 an I ask about the free bracelet and was told I didn't qualify called back to speak to key holder they put me a bracelet on hold. Went back for it and they were so rude about giving it to me. If your not going to honor your special than don't run them. I felt humiliated for going back. I will not shop there again!!!!

The sales associate was extremely pushy and over bearing.

Service associate talks at you, not listening to the customer's interest. As a Pandora customer, I expected a much friendlier experience.
