The sales associate was very passive aggressive. She was not that knowledgeable and did not have a pleasant welcoming service towards me. I purchased a bracelet and charm I was happy with my purchase but don’t feel she was a people person seemed very inpatient. Not to mention I was there when they opened at 11am so I am not sure why she was so short

Because the prices high for no reason and the bracelet is not even real it can turn going into water to much

your associate had a problem with her PAYMENT computer and I waited a long time before I could pay for my merchandise. I asked if I was going to wait all day before the problem could be solved. Give me the OLD CASH REGISTER ANYTIME. Unfortunately computers too lock up but would as busy as this season is with folks waiting online to get in there should be another way to solve the problem and not make people wait not only the customer but the folks waiting to get in to buy.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable kind of aggressive but highly knowledgeable about the products

I missed out on a free bracelet by a few days. The clerk said that it was the week before.

They were in the rush to get to other customers.The sales person did not even know that you carried a enchanted tassel necklace. I new the merchandise better than she did.

The salesperson May have been knowledgeable but didn’t seem like she was all there. The problem I had was at the end and she didn’t put all my items in the bag, but I noticed.

I recieved a 14k gold bracelet 7 years ago and it stretched out over the years. I needed help exchanging it or getting it fixed. They couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help me except try to sell me a new one for 1800 dollars.

I was satisfied with our sales associate but there was one who looked totally bored and when asked to go to the back to get something...again, very crabby attitude...made uncomfortable for me.

They rush me out.
