I got there around 5 ish..The associate was in a hurry for me to purchase not really cared if I liked ir not. She should be more pleasant

Quality of charms has gone down. Feel very thin and like less material was used in making the charm but still the same price.

Waiting in line outside of the store and not being able to look around at the merchandise before you can talk to an associate is very annoying and makes you feel rushed

So I spend $360 dollars at the store, first time customer, and the sales associate couldn’t help me very much. I have to ask for every single thing and on top of that she wasn’t going to give me a bag nor a box for my purchase. I have to asks her if you guys give a bag or a box and then she said ohhh you want one? I’m like… ugh I just made a big purchase and am I not getting it with my receipt? She just literally gave a clear bag I guess we’re the bracelet came from and told me not to shower. I asked why not? Isn’t starling silver bracelet with all the charms? She goes something about the chlorine but I owned a lot of gold and silver and it doesn’t matter… you take it to clean and it’ll look just as good.

I came in after trying to purchase a gift set online. The sales agent immediately stated that the in store prices were different from the on-site prices. I calmly explained that I attempted to purchase it online, but it was out of stock and was routed to the location. I attempted to show the agent the purchase attempt, and stated that the website did not state that the prices would be different at the store. She motioned my friend and I to the counter and said “okay, don’t worry about it we’ll give you the sales price”. I wasn’t trying to get over on the merchandise. I only wanted to take the opportunity to purchase the item and needed and came out of the safety of my home to purchase. Very disappointed in the initial approach by this team.

Broke my bracelet I received from my kids for my birthday and was told by the rude manager that the can’t help me and is not under warranty took it to a jewelry store and was told the can soldering it back together it would damage it
