My first visit I was not satisfied with the service. It was very busy at the time so I decided to give this location another chance. My second visit was much better. Tiffany was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase.

The mall and store were very hot. The A/C was never turned on and it was over 80 outside. The store was crowded and the staff work quickly to help everyone in an orderly fashion but you couldn’t browse as all counter space was occupied and almost no merchandise was available to see without one on one help.

As usual at this time of year things cost more than i expect them to !!

There were not enough sale associates to handle the guests.

I am always pressured to get a credit card when I'm in the store. It's nice to have that available but if people need or want credit, they will ask. There is no loyalty. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Pandora. I think that should be rewarded.

There will always be room for improvement. More sales associates are needed during peak times. Merchandize randomly showcased.

Rebecca C. NO. 142182 she was so awesome to work with. Honestly I enjoyed I had fun picking out my charms with her. She paid attention to detail on my bracelet I was impressed.
