Sales rep’s presentation of the charm was very unprofessional i.e not placing a cloth or display/presentation board under the piece of jewelry. The charm was clanging on the glass of display case while she was looking for numbers on the charm label tag several times. This happened to be the charm that she wrapped up for us. Training in presentation is warranted.

The space was a bit cramped up. I understand employees are always ready to assist but, it would be nice to give customers a bit of time to roam the store before asking for help. Otherwise, the experience was fantastic.

Not enough associates for a Friday. Every associate acknowledge me and told me they were going to help me as soon as possible. I was in a bit of a rush so that didn't help but I do have to say that the service is always excellent and yesterday was no different. Thank you.

The valetines collection was out. But not all of them were out in stores. So I didn't get the one piece I was looking for.
