Can’t find the items I want

The store was very busy and had to wait over 15 minutes to get someone to assist. Since I went after work, I was tired and I would have liked faster service. But I do understand the being the holidays it is expected to have long wait at just about any store.

I always feel welcome and always have the best help and this time was not any different, I’m know that the employees were working very hard and very friendly!

I was looking for rings and could not find all the different selections I had to ask. We were looking for Disney charms and there was nothing on display so we had to ask them for an all of them as well

Had a return of $80 was returning for smaller size . She told me the price will be the same noticed when I left I was charged $90 instead.

The staff made me feel uncomfortable with my presence in the store. Maybe they thought I was going to steal something from the store by the way they handling the merchandise and surrounding me in the store while I was trying to find something for my girlfriend birthday. That is why they did not deserved a highly satisfied with my experience.

My original Pandora bracelet broke & I was out of warranty. I feel you should offer a discount when you have to replace a bracelet. Not only did I purchase a new bracelet, but I'm also purchased some new charms.

had a sale and merchandise was not readily available. Had to travel for an hour to find what I was looking for went to the Gardens mall they had everything I was looking for. Gardens mall ran out of boxes.
