I was satisfied with the lady that help me pick the charms. I like the charms that I picked. I will be back for more charms.

The sales representatives didn’t seem interested in helping me find a char, I was looking for. She wasn’t very social I asked her to show me a charm, she did but she didn’t really offer me other similar charms like I have been offered in the past. When I told her I’ll purchase it she went ahead and put it back up , so I told her I again that I wanted it to purchase so she gave it to me without boxing it assuming I wanted it on my bracelet

the items you have on line on the Pandora site are not available for the same price in the store

The sale associated said they didn't have an item but the did. I was being rushed a little.

The sales people are way to pushy and obvious about selling you more items. I was there to buy a gift. I don't even have a bracelet. Feel the charms are not worth what they charge for them. The sales lady kept pushing for other items. I kept saying so not interested. I don't even think she asked if I had a bracelet or not. She knew I was buying a gift. If they want to sell more- they need to back off.

I came to buy a specific item. After checking several tems I made a choice. I am very happy with my choice.
