Pandora Jewelry

Sales associate didn’t give her name until she printed my receipt. She was not interested in servicing. Although I did ask to see several items; I purchased over $100 worth of jewelry.

The salesperson that helped me wanted me to select something from the catalogue. I told her I like to see things in person. She kept shoving the catalog towards me saying I should pick what I wanted to see. I told her I knew what I wanted to see. Usually the staff in this store is much more accommodating.

It was my first time in pandora and I know for a fact it won’t be my last. Friendly staff good service and most of all the jewelry are perfect I love it.

People were passing by me closely ( not 6 ft) ...mom with 2 little kids crying & I felt this was not safe...her dragging in 2 little kids as she walked behind me

I asked to have my bracelets and charms cleaned as we live quite a distance away so when I’m in town I like to have them cleaned. They cleaned them but they were still very dingy and dirty looking. They offered to clean them again but I was not impressed at all when I left. You can see a distinct difference in the pieces in the cases which I know are unworn/unused but mine used to shine right up with no issues. Little disappointed, my new charm is clearly an new charm because you can tell in the color differences.

I was able to buy a gift and something for myself.

I love pandora

It was good, but bordering on average. It felt like the woman who helped us was new, because it felt like she was reading off of a card, and didn't really listen to what we wanted. And when we had made a decision on what we wanted, it was like she read all off a card. Made sure we knew about the credit card - even pushy about it. And, at the end when we were paying - "oh, I can show you clearance beads - want to see"? I'm going to chalk this up to someone new - but someone who could use coaching.
