I spend hundreds of $ at Pandora! Was very disappointed when the Associate wouldn't exchange a 'graduation,' charm. Although it was new, it was tarnished. New management does not seem receptive to Customers and problems. The past Manger was ALWAYS pleasant and willing to work with the Customers. She (Mallory) is missed!!!

The store was closing we felt rushed.

The store has a long aisle on both sides making it very difficult to view the merchandise. Add customers and it very, very difficult to navigate. People were just leaving rather than trying get service in a reasonable time. Seems you definitely need a bigger store. Just my opinion.

Very good experience could enforce the space guidelines but they did there best

I noticed the cleaning machine always down. Would be helpful if they have it available all the time.

Only issue that I had was there was a certain charm that I wanted to get. The website said it was in this store when it wasn't.

I know it was the holiday season. Perhaps more employees and a better way to service customers would be helpful to set a kiosk outside the store to help with the traffic

The sales associate was not warm and friendly. She was stern and made me feel as if she thought she was wasting time on me. However, she did come up with a solution for me, and I purchased a bracelet that can be worn as an anklet. If I return, I would not want her helping me again.
