Because of the knowledgeable person who I spoke to did a great job.

My only comment is that when asked about the pre-black friday sale; the associate did not mention that it was only on online orders. I was not offered the opportunity to purchase online and pick up the additional items that were purchased (over $500). The associate said that there was no promotion at the time of purchase. I believe that some training may be needed for all associates on upcoming/ongoing promotions. I felt like I was mislead with my in store purchases.

I bought a ring (halo) after a week I noticed that I had lost a zircon, I went to the store and with my purchase receipt I changed it. Now I only have a week with the ring and it has also lost a zircon considering that I have taken care of this ring like never before. And I do not have the receipt to claim a change because the girl kept the receipt in the first change. I am too dissatisfied and disappointed as obviously the ring is too expensive to be damaged so easily.

Sale persons were friendly and very helpful. I am having problems getting my bracelet off and with one of the charms. Will have to go back to store.
