Everything was great. Just had to wait in line for 30-45 mins.

Though the lady helping was VERY kind, I felt rushed because there was a line outside. I could not walk around and look, I had to be stationary where she was located. I was asked to wait where I was in the jewelry section she was assisting me at when I tried to move with her. I would have liked to look around and not only see what she pulled out based on what I said.

No I would return to store.

The military discount should be honored at all times in the same manner a soldier is a soldier at all times

I have a gold Pandora bracelet and there isn't much of a selection for ALL GOLD pendants/charms, without some sort of Cubic Stone. The lady that helped was just nice. I think $350 for this small charm is a bit much.

The wait was a little too long before being served. The selection was not the greatest. The charms I wanted were not in the store. However, the bracelet I really wanted that the website said was not in stock at the store was actually available.

My visit to the store was a simple one. I knew what I came for and there was nothing extraordinary about the experience. Everything went well and I was satisfied with my purchase.
