The sales associate was wonderful

There was so much to choose from. The greeter and sales person were awesome. My first visit to the store was memorable.

I just thought there would be more options and charms. I didn't realize that some of the clips and safety chains did not fit the smooth bracelet. I assumed all were interchangable. Just a little disappointed but overall satisfied! Staff was pleasant and friendly!

The store didn’t have the items I want.

THE SALES REP WOULD NOT STOP ASKING FOR ME TO OPEN A CREDIT CARD. I DECLINED THE CREDIT CARD AND SHE CONTINUED TO PUSH, THEN TOLD ME TO NOT INTERRUPT AND LET HER FINISH , SAYING I GET 10% OFF. I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER, I HAVE BOUGHT PANDORA FOR 4 YEARS NOW, MY FAVORITE JEWELRY, I KN9W OF THE CREDIT CATRD AND I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD, SHE WAS VERY PUSHY WITH THIS AND RUDE EVERY TIME I DECLINED

Limited selection for ocassion/graduation, cost of charms have increased

Seemed rushed and associate didn’t seem authentic. I guess they were in the middle of something else. Should have been trying to get to know her customer so they feel they can return. Other stores I’ve been to get to know me. It felt like just another purchase
